I'm Alexis Rosenbaum, an independent construction coordinator based in Grass Valley, CA. I work as a full-time 1099 contractor — one project at a time, full attention.
My construction experience includes serving as client-side coordinator on the 421 Broad Street commercial renovation in Grass Valley, working alongside Gallagher Construction. I managed everything from subcontractor sequencing and daily site oversight to zoning research, legal documentation, and neighbor coordination.
Before construction, I spent 8+ years running operations for growing companies — coordinating teams, managing systems, solving problems in real time. I bring that operational rigor to every job site.

Liaison between owner, GC, subs, inspectors, suppliers, neighbors, and county departments. No surprises. Everything documented in writing.
